What you choose to share

The forms collect your name, contact information and the business, website or project details you enter. WhatsApp is optional. Please do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive information about your customers.

Why it is used

subrosa.work uses the information to review your request, respond, prepare a proposal and keep a follow-up record. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Private storage and notifications

Requests are saved in a private server-side inbox. They are not published on the site and there is no public interface for reading submitted enquiries. If email notifications are configured, the details are sent through the selected email provider to subrosa.work’s private destination.

Essential form security

An essential, short-lived security cookie helps protect submissions. The server keeps hashed network identifiers for rate limiting instead of storing the raw address in the enquiry. Standard hosting access logs may also record requests for security and operation.

Optional source information

The optional form checkbox lets you include the page and campaign information used to find the site. Without it, that source information is not attached to your request.

Optional analytics

No external traffic analytics service is configured. Conversion hooks are prepared, but no analytics identifier is invented or loaded.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry information is kept while it is needed for the conversation, follow-up and related business records. To ask about access, correction or deletion, use the contact form and explain your request. Requests are reviewed by subrosa.work; the form itself does not automatically change or delete records.

Other websites

Portfolio products and third-party contact tools have their own privacy arrangements. A link to a product is not permission to share your enquiry with it.
